We know you probably want to know more.
What does your quote include? Are there any hidden costs?
Your quote includes the cost of renting the bus, the driver and the fuel mileage for the trip as detailed in your itinerary. It does not include travel-related expenses such as tolls or parking. Any deviations from the original itinerary such as extra stops or time at a location would be considered an added expense.
What are your bus rental rates?
Every trip is different, so it’s difficult to give a set rate for all circumstances. Quotes are customized to meet your needs based on mileage, frequency of use, length of time needed, number of vehicles required, type of vehicles required, etc.
Do you screen your drivers?
Our employee background checks are some of the most exhaustive in the industry. We require each prospective driver to pass federal, state and local checks, which include residency, history of employment, motor vehicle and criminal histories. Each driver must also pass a drug test prior to hire. Regular rechecks are conducted throughout an employee’s tenure with the company.
What sort of safety training do your drivers receive?
Our professional, certified bus drivers are specifically trained to operate the vehicle they are driving. Every driver receives more than 40 hours of initial safety training followed by our monthly training and testing program, as well as many mandatory safety meetings throughout the year.
Can I request a specific route or a specific driver?
Just let your charter bus agent know that you’d like to travel a certain route or use a specific driver and the agent will work to accommodate your request.
Do you have buses with wheelchair lifts?
Some of our buses are wheelchair accessible. Just let your local charter bus agent know of your need when you discuss your trip.
Do any of your buses have bathrooms onboard?
Like most school buses, ours do not have bathrooms. However, if your trip is long, rest stops can be added to your itinerary.
Do your school buses have seatbelts?
We do have some buses with seatbelts. When you book your trip make sure you tell your agent about this request to see if they are available in your state or province.
Can we bring food and drinks on our trip?
You can bring your own food and beverages onboard, although there is a small, non-refundable fee and some restrictions may apply as mandated by local/state/provincial laws.
